Refund & Return Policy


Thanks for shopping at Sundial Herbs & Herbal Products. If you are not entirely
satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns


You have 15 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it. To
be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition
that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging and have the
invoice for proof of purchase. To return undamaged item(s) for refund, you will be
responsible for your own shipping, shipping cost are non-refundable. We suggest
using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not
guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s)


Refunds
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have
received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of
your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate
a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of
days, depending on your card issuer’s policies
If you have received a damaged item(s), through shipment please e-mail us at
info@sundialoffice.com or call us at 718-798-3962. Give us your name, invoice
number and we will arrange for the damaged item(s) to be replaced immediately.
